**Systems Support Engineer**

Modis are currently working in partnership with a market leading service provider to recruit an experienced Systems Support Engineer to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to join an evolving business with ongoing exposure to new technologies.

**Please note this is a hybrid role offering a flexibility around home and office working. You must also be happy to gain DV clearance for this role.**

**The Role**

**The Responsibilities**
- Own projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within a larger business initiative
- Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration (O365, SharePoint, Exchange)
- Track and maintain hardware and software inventory
- Analyse department needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency and accuracy to inform business decisions
- Receive calls from users and assist them to rectify the fault
- Installing updates on servers
- Creating users, mailboxes and groups
- Install computers on customers sites

**The Requirements**
- Knowledge or experience of Office 365, SharePoint and Exchange administration (set up & config).
- Highly desirable would be experience or knowledge of Dynamics CRM.
- Experience with or knowledge of multiple operating systems (MS Exchange, Active Directory, and other Windows-based systems), current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures.
- DV Cleared or Clearable
- Full UK driving licence (desirable)
- Flexibility to travel (infrequent client visits 2-3 times a year)
