**Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable and timely supply of materials; presenting risks and mitigations to management when they occur.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP system and assist with stock audits to minimize stock discrepancies.
- Lead supplier development activities to ensure SOP readiness to achieve all key Master Schedule milestones.
- Coordinate with cross-functional AESC teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations. Facilitate meetings and discussions to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the process.
- Enhance efficiency through development and implementation of key SCM processes.

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Parts/Material Control.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.
- Previous project management and cross functional team working experience are desirable.
- Computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Previous experience working with SAP or other ERP system.
- Ability to work and interact with all levels in a multicultural organisation.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills at all levels including the ability and confidence to present to the senior management team.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
