**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients in maintaining their independence by helping with daily living activities such as meal preparation and medication management.
- Develop and follow individual care plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and any changes in their condition.
- Drive clients to appointments or activities as required, ensuring their safety during transport.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while providing care in various environments.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in home care or a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
- Familiarity with creating and implementing care plans is preferred.
- Proficient IT skills for documentation and communication purposes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- A valid driving licence is desirable for transporting clients when necessary.
- A compassionate nature with a commitment to providing high-quality care.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: £16,669.32-£26,472.10 per year

Expected hours: 12 per week
