**Hours of work**:35 hours a week (Flexi-time at 7 hours each day. Core hours are 10am-4pm).

**Job Description/ Purpose**:
Assistant Producers at Skyhook Games work in close collaboration with internal and external development to help deliver game projects to quality, on time and to budget. As a growing game development and art outsourcing studio, Skyhook work on a variety of fantastic games. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Producer to take overall responsibility of your own projects. You will work closely across all studio disciplines, to ensure projects are running smoothly and blockers are resolved.

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**:
Key duties which include:

- Taking ownership of at least one concurrent day-to-day client relationship, being one of the key external faces of Skyhook
- The tracking of milestone deliverables
- Daily contact and communication with internal teams, unblocking where necessary and ensuring the risks to project timelines are communicated internally as soon as they appear
- Identifying and resolving conflict as it arises
- Reporting milestone progress to key stakeholders internally and externally
- Managing relationships with clients and development partners
- Any additional duties/ expectations as an employee of the company above and beyond specific job role_
- Working in a similar role to bring at least one product through a project life cycle
- Being the point-of-contact for external partners and clients, maintaining friendly professionalism - whilst also being the go-to person internally if any members of the development team have any issues that require resolving
- Earning a reputation both internally and externally as a great problem solver

**Required Skills**:

- A passion for games, with an understanding of the motivations of players and how decisions we make affect their experiences
- A proactive problem-solver, wanting to take ownership of projects and increasing their skillset in production
- Some familiarity with a range of project management softwares - including Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc. is preferred
