OA are recruiting for an**Internal Auditor**to join our clients growing team on a permanent basis.

**What you’ll get up to**
- Assisting with monitoring and implementing regulatory and legal policies, procedures, systems, controls and checks to identify and mitigate risk
- Working as part of the Compliance Team to ensure a robust compliance control system
- Regular monitoring activities, identifying required improvements and support
- Conducting spot checks on all departments
- Assisting in maintenance and implementation of company compliance policies and procedures
- Record and monitor compliance violations
- Perform detailed due diligence investigations as required
- Detailed analysis of financial processes
- Working towards continuous improvements in processes and services
- Ensuring procedures and controls documentation is up to date

**What we need from you?**
- Previous experience with Internal Auditing or Compliance
- Ability to use own initiative and manage own workload
- Diplomatic and professional manner
- Strong analytical and organisational skills
- Confident working in line with company processes and relevant legislation
- High attention to detail
- Ability to monitor, analyse, compare and report on data provided
