A leading logistics business in Knowsley are currently seeking a Freight Forwarder to join their expanding team. On offer is a basic salary of up to £26,000 depending on experience. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
The duties of a Freight Forwarder are:

- Handling all ocean freight movements
- Arranging movements with shipping lines, agents and hauliers
- Arranging smooth transportation across Europe (import & export)
- Accounts management of clients/customers
- Invoicing for services and supplying to clients
- Providing quotations to new and existing customers
- Using HMRC systems
- Completing full customers entries
- Ideally, you will also have experience within customs and European import/export road freight
- Possess good IT skills
- Have excellent customer service skills
