**A day in the life**:
You will build strong relationships with your colleagues and community health and social care professionals. With a natural ability and initiative to lead and motivate others, you will work closely with the home managers, supporting the day-to-day supervision of staff, including developing a culture that echoes Norse Care values:

Providing compassionate care is at the heart of everything we do, so it will be vital that you set an example through your delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You will champion our residents’ independence using your expertise to provide creative solutions that empower them to make informed choices in line with their person-centred care plan.

**We will be looking for you to demonstrate these at the interview stage**

We also want you to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role, such as in care, supported housing, or health settings.

**About Munhaven**:
Munhaven is our care home in the North Norfolk village of Mundesley. We provide dedicated care and support to up to 20 people living with dementia.
