**Senior Creative Artworker** We’re looking for a **Senior Creative Artworker** to take ownership of all artwork requirements for our UK output. You’ll produce your own artwork, check client-supplied files against technical specs and elevations, and work with our digital team to create pixel-perfect UIs for bespoke projects. This is a role where precision, craft, and collaboration are essential. In the UK, we’re expanding rapidly with ambitious plans across Europe — offering you the opportunity to be part of our growth journey and take your career to the next level. **About the role** As a **Senior Creative Artworker**, you’ll work closely with our Creative Directors and 2D designers to take concepts through to flawless, print-ready artwork. You’ll be the last line of quality before projects leave the agency — so attention to detail and an eye for craft are critical. While this isn’t purely a conceptual role, a creative point of view is important. You’ll interpret client guidelines, agency concepts, and even a quick conversation into top-quality, on-brand work. You’ll collaborate daily with Creative Directors, designers, project managers, client services, and our North American creative teams. While teamwork is key, you should also be confident working independently when producing artworks. **What you’ll bring** - Strong knowledge of print processes, particularly large-format print. - Ability to think conceptually and design impactful visuals that support storytelling. - Confidence in following internal and client brand guidelines. - Proven ability to produce visually strong, client-focused presentations. - Experience working in a busy agency or client-side creative/design environment, ideally within events. - Good understanding of UX, UI, and IA. **Technical skills** - Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). - Experience with Adobe XD, After Effects, Premiere, or Figma is a plus. - Proficiency in PowerPoint and/or Keynote, plus working knowledge of Microsoft Office (around 25% of the role will involve presentation refinement). **Who you are** - Detail-oriented with a high level of craft and quality control. - Able to manage deadlines under pressure. - Strong communicator, both within the team and with clients. - Collaborative, approachable, and solution-focused. **Location & Working Pattern** This is a hybrid position, requiring two days per week in one of our UK offices (London or Leatherhead). **ABOUT IMPACT XM** At Impact XM, we specialize in crafting immersive brand experiences that captivate audiences and drive engagement.
