**Contract length: 6 months (temp to perm opportunity)**

**Location: Selby - flexible (1 day per week maximum)**

**Pay rate: Circa £30,000 per annum**

Our client a UK-based renewable energy company engaged in renewable power generation, the production of sustainable biomass and the sale of renewable electricity to businesses. They are in the market for a Business Ethics Analyst to join their team on aninitial 6-month, temp to perm, contract, based in Selby.

**Job purpose**:
You'll support the Business Ethics and Group Policy Framework team predominantly in the areas of supply chain due diligence and policy maintenance (which are important risk management tools for Drax, ensuring Drax only does business with reputable thirdparties and implements 'adequate procedures' to comply with relevant laws and regulations). The role will report into the Head of Business Ethics and Group Policy Framework with a matrix reporting line into the Due Diligence Assurance and Integrations Manager.

**Desired skills/experience**:

- Background in compliance programmes, due diligence, heavily regulated environments, or supply chain management
- Experience in implementing and supporting group policy frameworks
- Main systems that will used are Microsoft Office packages and Sharepoint
- Experienced in professional communications, both written and verbal
- Highly analytical mindset, able to make decisions yourself based on data provided
- Familiar with risk management, procurement, or client onboarding
