**SRS Partnership** are looking for kind, caring, compassionate Residential Support Workers in **_Wishaw_** and the surrounding areas to join our growing team to support service users to live independently within their own homes, making a difference to their daily lives

**Key Responsibilities..**.
- Providing an outstanding level of care, ensuring service users live independently in their own homes
- Working in various care settings on a daily basis, tailoring support to the needs of the individual/service
- Prompting and assisting with medication
- Assisting with domestic duties as and when required within the home
- Working closely with the team to ensure all duties are carried out to the highest standard
- Monitoring, responding and reporting appropriately the wellbeing of the service user and responding in a timely manner to any concerns
- Maintaining good communication and effective working relationships with all members of the team.

**What we need from you....**
- **A minimum of 6 months paid experience in care/support related environment**:

- PVG Membership Number
- Ability to adapt well in a fast-paced environment and use your own initiative
- Confidence to build rapport with service users and families
- Drivers would be preferred however non-drivers will also be considered

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wishaw, North Lanarkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Care: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
