**Job Role**

To maintain current trade parts customer relations and seek out new opportunities to grow existing relationships, whilst seeking to identify and develop new incremental customer opportunities, across our existing area of responsibility. You will support the departments logistics & delivery function; where necessary covering for scheduled absences and timely support to our unique ‘’on-demand’’ service. As new customers join particularly those at the extremities of our AOI, support with deliveries where necessary.

This position is idea for an experienced Parts Delivery Driver looking to make the next step.

**Key Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Visit all existing trade customers at least 1 x per quarter - larger spend ones at least 1 x per month.
- Promote and share details of ‘’Trade Parts Basket’’.
- Promote & share details of monthly ‘’Spotlight’’ items.
- Work with in-house trade specialists to identify or share any issues or specific opportunities with designated customers.
- Identify new incremental business opportunities within both existing post codes and those deemed to have most potential.
- Daily use of Activity Manager, to record appointments, findings and agreed action plans.
- Monthly use of Activity Manager to review top & lowest spend customers & agree actions to improve.
- Measurement JLR Trade Hub ‘’Activity Manager’’ system, that is visible to dealer & JLR management.
- JLR-IFC Comparison Reports.
- CDK - trade sales volume & margin reporting.
- Department DOC & our own Monthly HUB Comparison report.
**Work Pattern**

This is a full-time contract:
Monday to Friday (8am to 6pm) and a rota Saturday of 1 in 3.

- Full UK Driving Licence with no major endorsements.

- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to handle conflicting demands
- Communicate effective Service/Sales Reception on daily car delivery and manoeuvring requirements.
- Professional approach; protecting the interior of guest vehicles with the appropriate covers as required.
- Ensure the security and safety of the vehicle at all times and drive in accordance with the requirements of the Road Traffic Act and company handbook.
- Ensure collection or delivery deadlines are met and complete any necessary paperwork as per company procedures.
