Specialists in the Transport & Logistics sector we have an opportunity to learn and develop within a critical industry. The role will be both sales and recruitment orientated to aid with the continued growth of our Founding branch.

We’d be delighted to find someone with previous experience within the recruitment and/or sales background. Attitude, work ethic and personality are however more important to us as training can be provided.

We are offering a basic salary of £22,000 - £23,000 (DOE) with commission-based payments on achieving monthly targets on completion of 3-month probation period earning up £26,000 OTE.

The position:

- Execute sales related duties
- Visiting new and existing clients to build a growing desk.
- Conduct any other task(s) as reasonably requested by the Branch Manager, Cluster Manager or a Director.

About you:
Alongside a positive ‘can-do’ approach - you will have the drive to succeed and deliver high levels of efficiency accurately. The hunger to deliver and a desire to go the extra mile providing excellence in customer service.
- Computer literate (Microsoft office)
- Experience utilising time and organisation skills.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Able to perform well under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Someone looking for a dynamic and exciting role where no two days are the same
- Experience in logistics or recruitment would be an advantage but not essential as training can be given.

Office hours are 07:00-17:00 Monday to Friday. This is covered using staggered shifts, so you’ll work a 40 hour week within this, plus an hour each day for lunch.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

- Plymouth, PL7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
