This role sits within our Security business division which provides physical security guarding, access control, alarm systems and perimeter property protection, CCTV, mobile surveillance, and ANPR Technology services to a wide range of prestigious clients.

**About The Role**:
**Shift Pattern**:Variable and various across the week, dependent on business needs.

As a Gatehouse Security Officer, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff entering the site. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Controlling access and egress of vehicles and pedestrians.
- Conducting regular site patrols and monitoring CCTV systems.
- Ensuring accurate record-keeping, such as logging visitors and deliveries.
- Responding to alarms and incidents promptly and professionally.
- Providing exceptional customer service while upholding site safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:
**To succeed in this role, you will need**:

- A valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard Licence.
- Strong observational and communication skills.
- A professional and approachable demeanour.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and handle incidents effectively.
- Basic IT skills for logging entries and monitoring systems.
- Previous gatehouse or security experience (preferred but not essential).
- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
- You will be required to undergo screening and vetting (BS7858)
- SIA licensed essential
- Computer literate
- Able to interact at all levels from visitors to senior management.
- High standards of personal presentation
