KW Dental & MediSpa is an award-winning, family-owned dental, aesthetics and skincare clinic based in Dundee. We are currently undergoing a huge expansion and are therefore looking for new members to join our team.

We are looking for a **full-time dental receptionist. **Main duties will include greeting patients, booking appointments, taking payments and dealing with any queries. Potential for additional responsibilities including social media, marketing and treatment coordination.

Working hours: Monday 8:15am - 5:30pm, Tuesday 8:15am - 6:15pm, Wednesday 8:15am - 5:30pm, Thursday 8:15am - 5:30pm, Friday 8:15am - 4:15pm.

Previous experience in a dental or healthcare environment is beneficial but not essential. We are a close-knit team who all work together well and help each other out on a daily basis. We are looking for someone friendly, hard-working and motivated to help our business flourish.

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS**
- Experience in a customer/patient facing role
- Friendly and welcoming manner
- Excellent IT and communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Enthusiastic and keen to learn new skills
