**The Role**

As a **Customer Service Assistant**, you’ll be the face of our clients, engaging with customers, answering inquiries, and delivering a seamless customer journey. This is not your typical desk job—you’ll be at the heart of our campaigns, helping customers, building brand awareness, and driving sales.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Engaging with customers **face-to-face** to provide exceptional service
- Representing brands with **confidence, enthusiasm, and professionalism**:

- Providing product knowledge and assisting customers in making informed decisions
- Working as part of a team to **hit targets and drive results**:

- Learning and developing **sales, marketing, and customer service** skills

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
