Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Temporary Receptionist to join our client based in Edinburgh City Centre. Working Monday - Friday, 9am - 4:30pm. Paying £9.90 per hour. This role is starting on Monday 25th July until 26th August.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Answering calls and directing them appropriately or taking messages
- Meeting and greeting clients and customers in a warm, friendly manner
- Signing in visitors
- Dealing with incoming mail and distributing mail within the office

**Skills and Experience**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Experience using Microsoft Suites
- Experience and confident using Outlook
- Ability to work without supervision
- Hard working and motivated
