**Education Supply Pool** are a **PAYE Employer**recruiting **Teaching Assistants** to support day to day, short-term and long-term positions on the behalf of schools based in Pontypool and its surrounding areas.
We are looking for someone FULL TIME who is a Teaching Assistant with a minimum of NVQ Level 2, CACHE Level 2, BTEC, BA (Hons) Education or experience working within an education setting. Someone with specific background in Education, who has obtained a minimum of 3 months experience working inside a classroom either a Primary or Secondary school environment.

Teaching Assistants are a crucial part of the education workforce in Wales. The role of a Teaching Assistant is vital to supporting and motivating children in Wales.

**About Us**
- Minimum of 3 months experience inside a UK Primary or Secondary classroom or teaching assistant environment with the correct Education and Training
- Assist with preparing lessons in all areas of the school curriculum with consideration of varied levels of student abilities.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain a positive attitude.
- Provide simulating activities whilst ensuring hygiene and safety rules.
- Maintain a supportive and clean classroom environment.
- Be attentive to the unique needs of each student and be able to identify proper solutions when children encounter issues.
- Great communication skills to collaborate with other teachers and families when needed.
