Paterson Health & Social Care are looking for Support Workers to join our established team in **Wingrave, Buckinghamshire**

Do you have experience as a Support Worker supporting children with learning disabilities, autism & challenging behaviours in a school and home environment?

**We are seeking to register Support Workers who are**:

- Experienced working with children aged 11-19 years
- Dedicated, caring & compassionate
- Experienced with learning disabilities, autism & challenging behaviours
- Ability to support in a school environment & residential homes on site
- Proactively supporting with day to day tasks like cooking, shopping & cleaning
- Assisting and encouraging with personal care
- Able to be a team player and willing to learn
- Able to record comprehensive daily records
- Excellent with communication skills
