**Interim Executive Principal**

A well known academy trust are looking for an Interim Executive Principal to spearhead the latest addition to their group. As an Interim Executive Headteacher, you will have a crucial role in mentoring the new Principal of the specialist autism school in Berkshire and providing guidance and support to the wider school team. Your primary objective will be to lead and manage the school towards achieving its goal of becoming Ofsted Good or better.

To achieve this goal, you will be expected to develop and implement effective strategies and policies that will improve the quality of teaching and learning in the school. You will work closely with the leadership team to monitor progress, identify areas for improvement and implement plans to ensure continuous improvement.

As a mentor, you will provide guidance, support and training to the new Principal to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to lead the school effectively. You will also provide coaching and support to the wider Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to ensure they are equipped to support the Principal and implement the necessary changes to improve the school.

Other key duties of the Interim Executive Headteacher will include developing and implementing effective behaviour management strategies, overseeing the management of the school budget, and ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

Overall, your role as the Interim Executive Headteacher will be to provide strong and effective leadership to the school, while supporting the Principal and SLT to implement the necessary changes to improve the quality of education and support provided to students with autism. By working collaboratively with the wider school team, you will help guide the school to achieving its goal of becoming Ofsted Good or better.
