Aftersales Coordinator

Location: Yeovil, GB, BA22 8RW- Req ID: 3052**Main purpose of Job**:
To provide excellent customer service, understanding the customer requirements and ensuring they are dealt with efficiently.
**Duties And Responsibilities**:
- Generate quotations and process orders to meet the customer expectations and deadlines for Aftersales and Service departments.
- Actively pursue open quotations to secure orders.
- To assist in the administration of the service department by raising orders, RAMS, dealing with sub-contractors, sending reports and booking hotels as necessary.
- Help to ensure that KPIs for the Aftersales + Internal Service department are met
- To cover Warehouse activities in the absence of the stores person as required.
- To develop good relationships with internal + external customers to ensure complete satification and to maximise sales oportunities.
- Use relevant company software and maintain accurate data.
- To advise Customer Services Manager of any customer complaints received to ensure correct action is taken in accordance with company policy.
- To maintain an awareness of company products and relevant sales techniques to ensure that the sales role is carried out as effectively as possible.
- Adher to company IMS manual.
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience required**
- Good Qualification in English, Maths/Science are a necessity.
- At least 2-3 years experience in customer service + providing customer support.
- Good verbal and written communicator with high drive, enthusiam and committed.
- Independent yet act as a team player and able to communicate at different levels to customers and colleagues.
- Fleixble: To cover for holidays/absence/high workloading in the warehouse: drive fork lift, picking parts, packing and shipping.
- A forklift licence would be an advantage.
- Experience in SAP would be an advantage.
- Good IT skills
