MONDAY TO THURSDAY. 06:00 to 18:00 and 18:00 to 06:00 Rotating

Injection Mould Setter/Operator required for a well established manufacturer who are continuing to thrive and expand in the current climate. This role is a direct reflection of success and they are continuing to invest in new machinery on site. They specialisein a wide range of plastic products for a number of different industries.

The role would suit injection moulding machine setters/operators, ideally with PVC injection moulding experience. Applicants will ideally have experience working within a fast paced manufacturing environment. The company have plans to modernise and upgrademachinery but initially you will be working on hydraulic machinery.

The role will involve starting up, setting and operating injection moulding machines. You will work to bespoke customer specification to manufacture a wide range of products. You will work with a range of plastic raw materials, calibrate machines to be fitfor purpose and quality check products to specification. You will work to H&S initiatives at all times. As part of your role, you will be tasked with reduced waste/scrap and increasing efficiencies where possible.

The Role:

- Start up, setting, operating and shut down of hydraulic injection moulding machines
- Working to bespoke customer specification

*Contribute to process improvements including product quality and reduction of waste/scrap

*Work to H&S initiatives

*Monday to Thursday. 12 Hour Shifts. 06:00 to 18:00 and 18:00 to 06:00 rotating

The Person:
*Must be an experienced Injection Mould Setter and Operator

*Will ideally have PVC experience

*Will have experience of operating/setting hydraulic machinery

*Will ideally want to progress their career
