**Duties**:
- Manage and supervise children in the nursery setting
- Plan and implement activities to support children's learning and development
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive
- Drive safeguarding and child protection practices within the nursery
**Key Responsibilities**:
- To promote a fun environment.
- Ensure safeguarding and EYFS requirements are met.
- Work in partnership with staff, parents and carers.
- Undertake a shared responsibility for health and safety throughout the nursery.
- Ensure the general cleanliness of the children.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Be fully aware of all emergency and security procedures relating to the nursery.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by management.
