Duty and Assessment Social Worker - Permanent Nonstop Care are currently working with an Good Ofsted local authority in the Berkshire area for a fast paced Duty & Assessment team. This team has adapted to a pods system where you will be working in smallteams which will enhance your ability to not only gain support from fellow Social Workers but also give you the ability to progress as you will be working so much closer with managers. The managers here create a nurturing experience for social workers whowant to build upon their skills and reach future career progression. They do this through providing a linear approach to helping you reach your goals and by providing ongoing career progression and training opportunities.Additionally the Team Manager and ATMin this team have been my long-term client for the past 3 years. Currently I have three Social Workers in this team who have been here for 1-3 years and I have received nothing but great feedback. They have a unique structure in place that allows them to prioritisesupervision and support for their team. Here you will never have to worry about getting the support you need.As this is a pure assessment team your duties will be working within a team that conducts children and families assessments (s.47, etc).
