Funeral Conductor

Alfred Smith Based is a well established Independent Funeral directors who have been serving the community for over 140 years. We are hiring for a Funeral Confuctor based in our Rose Hill branch.

Our Funeral Conductors are compassionate, professional and responsible for making sure everything goes smoothly on the day. They are focused on details and work alongside our Arrangers and Operatives to ensure every little detail is covered. To ensure a smooth transition into this role, we favour experience in this role previously.

As part of your role you will be expected to support our Funeral Operatives with their day to day tasks, including conveyancing, washing the cars and preparing the deceased for the funerals. Because of the nature of this role, attention to detail is key. We work as a team and it is important that whoever takes this role whoever takes this role will become a valuable member of our team.

The hours are: Monday - Friday 8:30/5:30

**Salary**: £28,000.00 per year
