**The Role**
As an **Inbound Sales Executive**, you will be the first point of contact for potential delegates considering attending our industry-leading conferences. Your primary responsibility will be to **manage inbound enquiries, follow up on leads, and convert them into bookings**. Working closely with our marketing team, you will ensure every potential delegate receives outstanding service and support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Follow up on inbound enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Understand delegate needs and recommend suitable conference packages.
- Build strong relationships with prospective delegates, creating trust and confidence.
- Clearly communicate the value and benefits of attending our conferences.
- Work closely with marketing to optimise lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Consistently **hit and exceed** sales and conversion targets.

**Experience in sales, customer service, or account management**, preferably within events, conferencing, or a similar fast-paced industry.
**Strong communication and interpersonal skills** - you know how to engage, persuade, and build relationships.

**Problem-solving and negotiation skills** - you can handle objections and close deals effectively.
**Familiarity with CRM tools** and a structured sales process is a plus.
