**£23,175 + 20% UHP + £1,500 retention bonus**

**Shift Pattern: Sunday - Thursday 22:00 - 06:00***

We supply great food to hospitals, schools and some of the best-known restaurants and pubs and currently recruiting for a talented and results driven Warehouse Team Leader for our Bodelwyddan Depot which is a multi-temp site, requiring work in ambient/chilled & frozen environment.

**The Role**:

- Communication of KPI’s to the team
- Plan and schedule the shift’s work, assigning activities to the team
- Hold start of shift huddles
- Team motivation
- Ensure administration is completed and date captured in a timely and accurate fashion
- Work with Distribution/Customer services to assist in customer liaison
- Staff utilisation and rota planning
- Providing training and direction to team members were required
- Absence management

**Required skills and competencies**:

- 2 years-experience in a similar role managing a small Team
- Results focused
- Good communication skills
- Computer literate
- Knowledge of SAP
- Calmness under pressure
- Customer focused
