**Scope of Position**:
As the Vehicle Order Specialist you will be responsible for evaluating and understanding the order details for each vehicle order received from the customer. You will be required to organize several disciplines within the original vehicle build including custom Interior and Exterior configurations and will work directly with the purchasing and logistics teams to communicate the order requirements for each vehicle.

**Key** Responsibilities**:

- Evaluating and communicating customer order requirements and individualization requests internally to all stakeholder including purchasing, material planning and logistics
- Interfacing with the customer on a regular base to ensure a consistent flow of information
- Define and establish all internal routines and procedures to bring structure to the individualization process
- **Basic Requirements**:

- It is important that you are well organised, able to follow processes and procedures and have excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate in an effective, friendly and professional manner to all stakeholders.
- Good problem solving ability required to overcome problems arising from specific cost, quality, time and logistics issues
- A good understanding of vehicle BOM’s
- well versed in microsoft office
- Experience of production component purchasing within an automotive environment would be an asset.
