- HOURS: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm (5.00pm finish on Fridays)
- SALARY: £20,000 - £24,000 (Depending on experience) plus uncapped bonus in addition

My client is currently looking for a self motivated individual who is keen to make outbound telephone calls to assist the general growth and maintain current relationships within a thriving business.

No specific experience is required but is helpful if you have any sales or customer service experience. Graduates are also being considered if they are open to a telephone based role.

**PURPOSE**:
To make outgoing calls to potential clients from a database to obtain information and/or make appointments for Senior Advisors.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients with the objective of booking appointments for the Sales team.
- Warm leads & data are provided and you will work to daily targets and KPIs
- Establish correct contact details for clients
- Driven and passionate about career progression
- Enthusiastic in their approach to sales, but focused on building long-term relationships, not one-off sales
- An excellent communicator that provides the customer with confidence that they are speaking to an expert
