**The role will consist of**:
- Dealing with general enquiries on the telephone and face to face
- Generating future opportunities
- Arranging & accompanying property viewings
- Negotiating offers
- Liaising with Vendors & Purchasers
- Arranging and carrying out market appraisals
- Building on our excellent customer relationships
- Providing a first-class service
- Comfortable using **social media and being on camera**
**Skills required**
- Previous Estate Agency experience preferred
- A good local working knowledge
- Ability to work under own initiative and highly driven environments
- Sound local knowledge an advantage
- **Thrives in a team environment**:
- Good communication skills, listening/verbal
- IT skills
- Hardworking/reliable
- Excellent time-management
- Must be of smart appearance
- Attention to detail
- Social Media
Hours: Hours will be 5 days per week (08.45 - 18:00pm) and 1 in 4 Saturdays (on a rota from 09.00 - 16:00pm).
**Job Type**: Full Time, Permanent
**Salary**: Very competitive rates made up of a basic plus commission and bonuses
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 3 years (required)
- Estate Agency: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
