Following the recent integration of a new business our client is on a significant growth journey and has created a new opportunity for a high calibre Head of Finance (Finance Director Designate) to join and support their ambitious senior management team.

**The Role**
As a key member of the senior management team this is a great opportunity for the successful individual to become the Finance Director. You will be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of monthly and annual financial reporting to the Executive, ensuring appropriate controls are in place whilst also supporting other business functions in creating and interpreting commercial financial information. This will include financial accounting, co-ordination of end-of-month processes and production of management accounts, budgeting, cash flow management and dealing with external contacts such as banks, HMRC, audit and tax.

**The Person**
As a qualified and ambitious accountant you will have experience of working in a high-growth SME environment and ideally have had previous substantive experience in integrating two businesses’ financial functions and systems. With good planning and organisation skills you will have the ability to motivate and inspire staff, have a “hands on” approach and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills.
