As a Recovery Coordinator with Change Grow Live you’ll work with people who use our services, helping them get to where they want to be.
**Responsibilities**:
As a Recovery Coordinator with Change Grow Live you will be working with people to help them change the direction of their life, grow as an individual, and live life to its full potential.
You working across Manchester and working as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing a wide range of treatment interventions and programmes. You will support people who have substance misuse issues by promoting recovery and helping them make lasting changes for a healthier life.
You will provide assessments for people with alcohol and non-opiate issues and with our Doctors, NMP’s and Wellbeing Nurses you will provide case management support and healthcare interventions for individuals accessing the service.
But most of the time you will be enjoying working with people from all backgrounds and helping to make a difference to their lives. The role does include some evening work and occasional working from satellite settings.
