We're seeking a Policy Writer to become a part of our team, specializing in crafting policies and associated documentation to support our business operations.

Job Overview
- Working with a multitude of departments to create various Policies.
- Creating supporting documentation including handbooks and manager guidelines.
- Work closely with senior leaders in the relevant departments to ensure that our content complies with legal regulations and industry standards.
- Regularly review and update company policies and associated documents in response to legislative changes and evolving business requirements.
- Keeping up to date of legal or employment legislation

Minimum Criteria To Apply
- Previous experience in policy writing and creating guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for detail.
- The ability to work autonomously, conducting thorough research and anticipating upcoming changes in relevant topics.

Package
- £34,000 per annum
- Based in Liverpool Head Office
- 28 days paid holiday per annum, rising to 33 days upon 5 years’ service (inclusive of bank holidays)
