**Job Title**:Support Worker Female Full and Part Time

**We are currently looking for applicants that are flexible enough to be able to work both days and waking nights on a 2:1 rota basis.**
**Rates of Pay**:
£15.00 per hour for day shifts (Monday to Friday), upon successful completion of competencies and training
£16.00 per hour for day shifts (Saturday to Sunday), upon successful completion of competencies and training
£16.00 per hour for waking night shifts (Monday to Friday), upon successful completion of competencies and training
£17.00 per hour for waking night shifts (Saturday to Sunday), upon successful completion of competencies and training
£10.00 per hour for sleeping night shifts (Monday to Sunday), 4 hours of this are paid at the waking night rate, upon successful completion of competencies and training
£13.00 per hour - training rate
**Hours of Work**:
7.30am - 7.30pm
7.30pm - 7.30am
**Support Worker Duties**:
Supporting our client who has a Spinal Cord Injury on a 2:1 basis to ensure their complex daily personal care and welfare needs are met. This will require Support Workers assisting our client to get ready for the day and to help them access the community.
To provide practical support and intimate personal care in line with the client's requests.
- As directed by the Clients care plan provide practical assistance and guidance to support the client in day to day living
- Provide clear verbal & written communication across all parties and produce daily records as required
- Operate in line with Premium Care Solutions organisational procedures
- Provide a practical high-level service to the client in line with CQC standards of care
- Undertake household duties and prepare meals
**ALL THE TRAINING NEEDED FOR THIS ROLE IS COMPLETED ONLINE AND HANDS ON.**
**Essential**:
Support Worker experience in the care industry.
Experience with Tracheostomy and ventilator would be preferred
A full UK driving licence (not provisional or international)
An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check WILL be required.
You must be a UK resident and have the right to work in the UK.
