Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer / Electrical Maintenance Engineer? Are you interested in industrial automation and control systems engineering? This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to move into Project Engineering with longer termopportunities to move into Project Management to join a leading company in the Industrial Automation space.
- Managing projects at an engineering level in accordance with lead times and standards as required by the client / customer
- Managing individual projects at a client level
- Developing technical documents in line with client / customer requirements to the industry standard using appropriate technical features, diagrams and language
- Reviewing technical documents, drawings and overseeing functional (software) tests for systems (in line with project requirements)
- Developing functional design specifications for projects
- Ensuring that systems are appropriately tested and quality checked prior to shipping
- Ensuring that all aspects of bespoke software are tested to the required standards prior shipping and commissioning
- To travel to and from site within the UK where time onsite is required by the client / customer
