- **Senior Sports Coach (Activity Professional) &Team Leader**:

- **37.5 Hours per week**:

- **£23,400 - £24,765 per year.**:

- **Opportunity to complete a Level 4 Team leader qualification though Apprenticeships**

Premier are now using social distancing schemes of work & increased hygiene measures to ensure our working environment is kept safe for staff, children & parents. All members of staff will need to pass our accredited Level 2 Award in Infection, Prevention, Mitigation and Management Course prior to being deployed for delivery in our schools.

**Main Duties Team Leader;**
- To observe lessons delivered by all staff termly.
- To upload the findings from the lesson observations onto our systems no later than a week after the observation.
- To ensure staff have received feedback and are clear on their action points.
- To ensure staff fully understand what impact has been agreed with their schools
- To monitor your staffs kpis
- To have weekly update meetings with SLT Team, discussing and reporting on performance and any company updates.
- To have Weekly MLM meetings, weekly team huddles and one to one calls with your staff
- To mentor and offer support / guidance to team when needed in order to support them and the company to meet success criteria.
- To have 3 appraisals with your staff through the year.
- To work closely with the manager regarding any delivery concerns within team and to monitor delivery Assessment scores & Minimum operating standards
- Any other reasonable requests from OPS manager

**Main Duties Sports Coach**:
The person:

- Passionate about coaching with a desire to inspire young people
- Experience working with children in a school environment
- Proven behaviour management skills
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable with strong time management
- Self-motivated and have a passion for teaching/coaching

**The role of an Activity Professional**:

- Plan a range of innovative coaching sessions and programmes
- Set up and deliver high quality sports coaching sessions to children and young people
- Develop and inspire young people to live and lead active lifestyles
- Produce accurate assessments and reports on children and young people’s progress

**Requirements to be an Activity Professional**:

- Recognised NGB Level 2 Coaching Certificate or Sports Coaching Degree (Min 2.2)
- Child Safeguarding certificate (Desirable)
- First Aid certificate (Desirable)
- Applicants need to hold a full driving licence and have access to own transport as travelling around the local area will be necessary

**Continual Professional Development (CPD)**:
All of our staff receives industry-leading CPD, which includes NGB coaching qualifications and professional workshops to support their delivery.
