**Who we are**:
We are a temporary healthcare Agency based in leatherhead, Surrey. We recruit professional Care and Support staff; Nurses, Healthcare Assistants, Support and Domestic workers and supply them to different clients within health and social care industry, mainly in London and the Midlands areas.

**Looking for**:
An Experienced 360 Healthcare Recruitment Consultant who has a strong temporary recruitment background - ideally in healthcare sector.

**Duties**:

- Winning new clients through cold calling, going out to meet potential clients, market research, networking and using social media to market our services.
- Forging strong relationships with existing clients and attending meetings.
- Carrying out necessary pre-employment and compliance checks in line with company policies, relevant legislations, and clients’ specific onboarding requirements.
- Ensuring that staff are fully trained, compliant and competent to carry out their roles.
- Answering incoming calls and dealing with any queries during working hours.
- Working efficiently and effectively to fill booking requests and manage rota.
- Strong sales, networking, client development abilities with at least 12 months experience in recruitment agency practice and be able to demonstrate ability to generate revenues through a carefully targeted sales approach.
- Strong commercial business acumen and ability to hold themselves well when meeting with clients at all levels.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to work to deadlines and meet weekly targets.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient attitude and takes initiative to solve problems.
- Confident speaking on the phone and a 'Can Do' attitude with a real desire to work in sales.
