Room Leader

**About Us**:
Ace Sports Coaching is a warm, inclusive, and engaging early years setting dedicated to providing high-quality care and education for children. We are seeking a passionate and experienced **Early Years Room Leader** to join our team and lead a dynamic and nurturing learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the assigned room, ensuring a high standard of care and education.
- Plan and implement engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Supervise and support a team of early years practitioners, providing guidance and mentoring.
- Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensure all safeguarding and health & safety policies are adhered to.

**Requirements**:

- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a leadership role within an early years setting.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for providing outstanding early years education.
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).

Pay: £11.44-£13.36 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
