The Role
- As Talent Partner, you will help deliver against the THG Beauty global hiring strategy and employer brand growth plans, attracting amazing people into our business to help us become a world leading hub for beauty talent. Our mission to innovate and shake up the beauty market should run through how we hire, assess, showcase employee stories and inspire customer worldwide. You will be the custodian of our culture and growth plans, pro-activily searching, approaching and landing talent that aligns to our culture and key skills requirements.

**What you'll lead**:

- UK & International Hiring
- Recruitment & offer processes
- ATS use & reporting
- Team of talent partners

**What you'll experience**:

- End to end management of mid to senior level vacancies
- Partnering with early careers team on grad and apprentice recruitment
- Partnering with SLT on vacancy approval process
- Develop a team of talent partners and executives internationally
- Implement and track inclusive hiring practices, whilst also developing the tools and practices we use to assess talent.
- Act as a culture champion, hiring for culture-add by fully understanding our principles and values.
- Personify our culture and help to build a phenomenal, inclusive, high-performance company

**We value experience and potential**:

- A blended background in agency and in house recruitment would be ideal.
- Experience of hiring within digital, marketing, eccommerce or retail.
- You'll have experienced fast growth environments that value quality and consistency in their talent processes.
- You'll be a skilled talent sourcer familiar with all available sourcing tools.
- A natural searcher and storyteller, always thinking of ways to showcase our message to target talent.
- Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, challenging where appropriate.
- Fantastic at landing world class talent.
