**Role: Junior Developer**

**Location: Birmingham or Bromsgrove (hybrid working)**

**Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum**

**The Role**

My client is offering a fantastic opportunity for a junior developer to join there growing Innovation Team. You will be given the opportunity to work closely with Developers on a range of technologies as they progress the Group's Digital Transformation roadmap.

This role would suit a computer science (or similar) graduate that's looking to gain hands on work experience in a Development Team, or an individual at an early stage in their development career. You will learn about a range of new, exciting technologieswhilst gaining practical experience of developing and customising end to end solutions.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Developing end to end solutions using PowerAutomate and PowerApps with a SQL or Dataverse backend
- Customising Dynamics 365
- Work with APIs (primarily REST APIs) to integrate with different systems.
- Using MVC/ ASP.Net Web APIs to fill functional gaps
- Automating build tasks with powershell
- Developing customisations for SharePoint and MS Teams
- Working with Azure resources including DBs / blob storage/ apis/ Logic Apps
- Contribute towards testing / QA work on a range of solutions
- Maintain websites, and fixing bugs in new content creation
- Keep the code clean and organised, code refactoring where possible
- Write and maintain solution documentation
- Test new components and functionalities
- Provide estimates for bug fixes and new functionalities

**Previous experience and qualifications**:
Due to this being a junior position, you will not be expected to have extensive experience. Experience of any of the following technologies will be beneficial, but the client is really looking for the right individual with the right mindset. Support andmentoring will be provided as you become more proficient and gain hands-on experience.
- .Net Core C#, ASP.NET MVC, Razor View Engine, HTML
- Azure DevOps, Azure Services like Logic Apps, Function Apps
- CMS Experience
- Experience in project design, analysis, implementation, documentation, deployment, testing and support.
- Some understanding of code versioning tools such as Git or TFS
- Knowledge and experience with REST API's
- Databases (SQL Server/SQL Azure)
