As we continue to grow our Eco initiatives department, we are looking for more Retrofit Assessors to join our existing team to expand the areas we currently cover.
As a Retrofit Assessor, you will attend appointments which have been booked via our in-house coordinator team, to conduct Eco assessments. The aim of the appointment is to make recommendations for the installation of energy efficiency products, such as boilers, heat pumps and cavity wall insulation.
Once you have conducted the assessments, you will support the customer by helping them understand the funding options available.
Ideally, you will have your Domestic Energy Assessor certificate/Retrofit qualification or be working towards it. Don’t worry if you don’t, as there is the opportunity for us to help you achieve this.
You will be great at building rapport, have a welcoming and friendly manner which will help you delivering great customer service. You should also be confident in using computers to record and process data.
As you are travelling to customers’ homes, throughout the country, a full UK driving licence is required. A company vehicle will be provided.
