Maintenance Handyman

We are looking for a multi-skilled person to work within our team at Umbrella Property Group. Can think on your feet and work independently, works will vary and will include;
Daily property checks on the property portfolio across numerous sites in Harrogate to ensure everything is in good working order.

Fire alarm tests

Property maintenance to include fixing door handles, replacing yale locks, fixing windows, silicone showers and baths, joinery works

Plumbing to include fitting dishwashers, changing taps, sink wastes, replacing toilets or cisterns, checking boiler pressure.

Electrics, replacing light bulbs, changing a oven/hob/fridge/washer/TV, re-booting internet, extractor fans, retune televisions.

Carpet cleaning, Tile steaming & Jet washing patio

Decorating and touching up walls and woodwork, fitting blinds and curtains.

Gardening, sweeping, hedge cutting and keeping the grounds tidy across sites.

**Requirements**:

- Driving licence essential
- You should have a maintenance background and be able to do the task listed in the job advert.
- Hours 10am to 2pm, Monday to Friday, additional hours available

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £15.00 per hour
