Office Angels are partnering with a Fantastic Organisation that is Globally renowned within there Industry. We are recruiting for a superb Customer Service Representative who not only has fantastic phone-based skills but who also has brilliant attentionto detail as being able to accurately process orders and update customer information on the internal system is a part of the role.

**_Previous experience within Customer Service is essential and good Communications skills are key to be successful in this role_**

**The Day to Day of the role**:

- **Processing of customers' orders onto the internal system.**:

- **Data entry of all information from customer orders.**:

- **Check and confirm customer confirmation purchase orders.**:

- **Receive and process enquiries.**:

- **Process Returns.**:

- **General administration to include filing, order checking and scanning.**:

- **Documentation of customer complaints.**:

- **Undertake any reasonable tasks or duties assigned by the General Manager from time to time, related to the effective and efficient performance of the job, and providing they are within the post holders skills and ability.**

**Skills and Knowledge**:

- **Basic IT skills are essential.**:

- **Work experience in a similar role is desirable.**:

- **GCSE or equivalent qualifications essential.**:

- **A-Level or equivalent desired.**

**You**:

- **Organisational skills for the role are very important and there will be a need to time manage workload in a busy environment.**:

- **Broad understanding of Customer Service.**:

- **Effective problem solver. IT literate, and with good administrative skills.**:

- **Accurate in a fast-paced environment, whilst capable of dealing with multiple demands.**
