Here at the Caravan and Motorhome Club, we are now looking for a Marketing Data & Insights Analyst to gather, organise and analyse data from all relevant internal and external data sources, to enable the Marketing department to make data driven decisionsresulting in improved marketing performance and ROI.

You’ll be the 'go to’ person for the creation of our analytics and insight dashboards that will deliver simple and easy to understand findings to all key stakeholders, to improve the overall quality of our websites and the effectiveness of our lead generatingcampaigns. You’ll work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and product owners, to analyse and interpret website user behaviour, identifying trends and areas of concern and to create a joined-up view of our digital marketing performance; what’s working,what’s not and provide further recommendations to key stakeholders to optimise campaigns further.

About you

We’re looking for someone who is educated to degree level or equivalent and who has extensive experience of working with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, Firebase and Data Studio for reporting / dashboarding. With an excellent understandingof UX and online user behaviour, you’ll have strong numerical and analytical skills, able to combine and interpret high volumes of data from multiple sources, and be able to deliver web/app projects.

We’re looking for someone who is strategic, analytical and who has strong communication skills, as well as being able to relay technical information/data/results to non-technical team members. You’ll be passionate about digital best practices, trends anddevelopments and be a digital champion and 'go to’ person when it comes to how an organisation uses digital analysis for successful business growth. Confident working in a fast paced environment, you’ll be able to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasksand manage time effectively to ensure all deadlines are met.

Additional info

Although this role is based in East Grinstead, it will be a mixture of home / office working. We anticipate 2-3 days will be spent working in the office and the other days, working from home.
