Prince Personnel are working with a family run firm of consultants who are looking for a Part-Time Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is looking for flexible hours and remote working but still wants to have impact on a growing business and work with a great team. Their Head of Finance works remotely from Telford and this role would report into them.

**Duties will include**:

- Assist Accounts and Logistics Manager with sales and purchase ledger
- Compiling a weekly list of payments
- Preparing monthly statements
- Checking processed purchase orders
- Credit control
- Maintaining monthly sales spreadsheets and generating monthly sales reports
- Updating price lists and circulating through the company as required
- Dealing with logistics and order queries
- Estate and office admin - mainly annual tasks
- Producing sample boxes as needed
- Maintaining sample inventory
- Sending daily wholesaler stock reports
- Ad hoc duties as needed
- Covering for Accounts Manager when absent
