We have an excellent career opportunity for the role of **Support Worker** to join our team here at **iBC Healthcare** within our Dovecote Care Home in **Mansfield.**
**Contract**: Full time, Part time, Bank Contracts available for Days or Nights.
**Hours**:Part time and Full time staff required.
**Shifts**: 8am - 3pm, 3pm - 10pm, 8am - 10pm or night shifts 9.45pm to 8am
**Pay**: £10.10 per hour
Please note we can hire walkers or drivers for this role.

The Dovecote is a beautiful and serene care home in the heart of Pleasley in Mansfield. The service has been operating for over 20 years and now under new management we are looking to the future.

**Key responsibilities**:
- Supporting young adults and adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs and risks behaviour within a care home.
- Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans, compliance with CQC regulations and the care & support policies and procedures
- Identifying needs and preferences for each individual and providing personal care
- Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
- Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
- Be a kind, empathetic and people person who works well in a team.
