As Learning Partner you will be responsible for managing and co-ordinating learning and organisational development activities across the charity, ensuring that learning provision is effectively delivered, and stakeholder needs are appropriately met. Using an impact-led approach, you will partner the charity’s senior leadership teams, working with Learning Foundation colleagues to meet internal demands and deploy learning that creates value and facilitates strategic delivery.
**You will also**:
Lead all training needs analysis activities, working with Charity colleagues to diagnose learning needs and develop impact-led solutions that meet workforce demands and organisational requirements
Support the Head of Leadership Development to embed the leadership capability framework across the charity, driving high levels of leadership proficiency and organisational performance
Evaluate the impact of learning within remit, ensuring that all business objectives have been fulfilled and delivered in line with the Learning Foundation’s Standards of Excellence
Manage and deliver a portfolio of strategic Organisational Development initiatives, as per the charity’s evolving requirements.
Lead the collation of activity data; support the development of the Learning Foundation brand across the Charity.
Act as a role model, leading, coaching, and mentoring others, and promoting the adoption of evidence-based and innovative practices.
To succeed as our Learning and Employability Partner, you’ll be:
Educated to a Degree level (or equivalent) with a track record of designing and delivering learning and development programmes (or equivalent experience)
Intermediate L+D Qualified e.g., Level 4 AET/PGCert/L&D L5 (or working towards)
CIPD Membership (L&D) (or willingness to work towards)
An Experienced Talent / Leadership professional with strong track record of business partnering and implementation of career development programmes.
Able to collaborate, communicate and problem-solve with project groups and lead projects.
Experienced working at a senior level - Resilience, and the ability to work under pressure, set priorities, complete tasks, and meet deadlines
