**The Role**

This is a full time Materials Management Operative, based at our head office in Bishops Cleeve. Reporting to the Materials Management Supervisor, this role will involve administering the correct storage of parts and materials in the department and assisting with all deliveries, of ordered items, into the business.

You will join an established team with a wealth of experience in PKL products and services and work closely with the internal team to deliver against customer needs and requirements.

Key job responsibilities include:

- Support the Materials Management Supervisor in maintaining accurate stock levels of all PKL items.
- Receive deliveries of purchase orders, inspect, report any shortages or defects within 24 hours, and complete the goods receipt process. Notify stakeholders when orders arrive.
- Accurately record new Hire Fleet Equipment upon delivery in the system.
- Hold goods delivered in an orderly way, in space allocated to Material Management, in PKL Warehouse and space allocated at Beckford Warehouse.
- Run depot stock reports to restock satellite depots and van inventory.
- Assist with equipment checks and goods receiving at Beckford Warehouse as needed.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Ability to learn and think quickly
- Works well as a team, with good time management skills
- Proficient knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word
- Must be detail oriented and being highly organised
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Forklift/reach truck license desirable but not essential
