**£12.25 per hour**

**_ Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability._**

As a Receptionist at The Manor Hospital, you’ll have great communication, IT and keyboard skills. You’re also able to explain sensitive or complicated information in a way that’s clear, sympathetic and easy to understand. Ideally, you have experience of working in healthcare administration or on reception.

**As a Receptionist, you will**:

- Help people feel comfortable when they visit your department.
- Use your empathy and customer service skills to build positive relationships.
- Answer the phone, book appointments and handle all enquires, or queries raised efficiently and effectively, escalating appropriately where necessary.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure the department runs smoothly.
- Participate in departmental strategies that reflect Nuffield Health brand, the Nuffield Health way of caring, goals and objectives.
