Are you passionate about inspiring the next generation of fitness professionals? Focus Fitness UK is looking for motivated and enthusiastic educators to join our dynamic team. We are London’s largest provider of Health, Fitness and Sports Massage qualifications - and we’re proud to have recently been judged Good by Ofsted.
We are currently recruiting for full-time positions starting 21st July 2025, but we’re also keen to hear from exceptional freelance educators and assessors.
About the Role:
You’ll be delivering or supporting learners through some of the below qualifications in:
- Level 2 Gym Instruction
- Level 3 Personal Training
- Level 3 Sports Massage
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified or working towards the Award in Education and Training
- Relevant sector qualifications
- Experience with awarding bodies and Ofsted frameworks (an advantage)
- A passion for helping learners succeed

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
