Claims Administrator
Pro Insurance is currently recruiting for a Claims Administrator to work within our Claims Team. The post holder will undertake various administrative tasks relating to claims. They will have daily responsibility for carrying out the various tasks within the Client requirements.
This position is currently based at home but will require visits to our Gloucester office as and when required.
We will support an individual in their progression within Claims, which ensures your skills are continuously developed in order to become a trainee Claims Handler in the future.
**Responsibilities**:
- Claims data processing
- Data analysis / manipulation
- Verifying financials / technical entries
- Claims triage
- Claims mailbox management
- Performing sanction checks
- Raising payments
- Query resolution
- Ad hoc administration tasks
- Liaison with internal & external parties
- Compliance with strict SLA’s
Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of the Lloyds & London Insurance markets and /or general insurance industry would be beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided
- Ability to deliver accurate information with attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills in order to meet Client requirements
- Self-Motivated with the ability to work as part of hybrid office based / remote team.
- Excellent and demonstrable written and verbal communication skills.
- A conscientious, positive and enthusiastic approach to work, maintaining good working relationships with all colleagues and clients.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
